The 2019/20 Mid Wales Tourism Awards Ceremony took place at The Hafren, Newtown on 17th October 2019.

The inaugural Mid Wales Tourism Awards celebrate the regions exceptional tourism industry and the talented businesses and individuals which drive the visitor economy, welcoming millions of visitors each year into the region.
Winners and finalists from the Mid Wales Tourism Awards may be selected to represent the region at the Wales National Tourism Awards in March 2020, resulting in fantastic media promotion. We welcome applications from throughout the region which includes Powys, Brecon Beacons, Ceredigion & Meirionnydd. Read more about our regional approach. Finalists will all be celebrated at the black-tie Awards Ceremony on October 17th 2019 at The Hafren in Newtown. Nominations are open to members of the public for the Young Tourism Person of the Year award, but all other award categories must be entered directly by the business/organisation. The Tourism Innovation Award can be entered by an innovative tourism business, or by anyone that might supply an innovative product or service to the tourism industry in Wales. |
